init : tty (/dev/ttyx) main process ended, respawning

I just installed rawhide with today's latest boot.iso, did a minimal 
install (only base system and vim) and rebooted[this a KVM virtual 
machine]. What I'm getting is (see SUBJ), alternating with "init : 
tty(/dev/ttyx [x = [1-6]) main process ended (PID of process), 
terminated with status 1". Anyone else seen this? What is the component 
I should file a BZ for?
