Update to latest upstream mdadm to pick up new features compatible with the
F12/F13 kernels.  Also close out various bugs fixed either by update or specific
patches present in srpm.    In order to make this mdadm be used during array
assembly at boot time, users would need to remake their initrd/dracut boot
images.  This is not done automatically when the package is installed.
