Thanks for the feedback.  As you noted, the value of 'ALL' is a specific
value for the operating system field.  Searching on this specific value
will return bugs filed where the bug is listed as affecting 'ALL'
operating system.  This can be confusing at times.  See the upstream bug
on this issue https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=73637.

If you have a specific recommendation regarding the bugzilla instance at
http://bugzilla.redhat.com instance, the appropriate place for providing
feedback is as a new bug in bugzilla [1].  If you are unable to file a
