Unless someone else knows of a reported issue for this VGA adapter, can
you log this in bugzilla?

See previous discussion on the mailing list regarding this bug.  The
root cause affects several components, the following 2 bugs are tracking
the issue:
      * bug#566396 - X server accepts no input from mouse and keyboard
      * bug#566948 - Input devices don't work
