 YumLangpackPlugin] is an i18n feature in F-13. Jens and I have decided to
 hold this test day on Feb 25th. Currently this feature has finished
 development. Jens has also marked this event into calendar. Next, the
 event wiki page, requirements and test cases should be prepared for this
 test day.
