 fedora QA queue.

 Hi all, I update the page
 [https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Posting_Install_Test_Results QA:Posting
 Install Test Results], as the original one was designed for F-12 pre-
 releases. The *Posting_Test_Results* section is replace by a link to the
 *key* part in current template. And Fedora_version in syntax is all
 changed to {{FedoraVersion|long|next(current)}}. Please refer to
