Some random questions about proventester and fedora groups

Hello all,

I'm a Fedora Rawhide tester, obviously I have FAS account and Bugzilla 
account and i whish to join a group

which one is the most appropriate ?


I have read about "Proven tester" [1], i whish to know much hours per 
days should i spare to that ?
