How to be a successful contributor

Greetings gang,

I saw this on Fedora planet, but thought this might be interesting for
those not subscribed to the planet.  Kudos to mmcgrath, pfrields,
dafrito and fche for the document.  I thought this was good timing as we
begin to ramp up on the proventesters effort, and of course the many
existing ways to get involved with Fedora QA [1].
