gnome-desktop-2.31.2-1 requires constantine-backgrounds

The reason why f14 currently has the dep on constantine instead of
goddard is that f13 was branched off before the goddard backgrounds were
ready. So rawhide did never get the change from constantine to goddard
deps. I'll change that now, no big deal.
