I got a similar error on my x86_64 system last weekend; I eventually
solved it by:

yum revert nss-softokn-freebl
yum install nss-softokn-freebl.i686
yum update nss-softokn-freebl

But I still don't understand why the .x86_64 package is at a newer dash
level than the corresponding .i686 package, nor why yum won't install
the .i686 package if the installed .x86_64 package differs.
