Read -devel list, it's discussed in detail there. Broadly, it boils down
to being a packaging error. nss is not explicitly multilib, the ix86 nss
only gets pulled into the x86-64 repo via dependencies. Since nothing in
x86-64 updates repo currently requires nss, the updated ix86 nss didn't
get pulled into the x86-64 updates repo, yet.
