 The problem I see here is that we would like to ensure that both code
 paths are used, that is the code path that is handled by "askmethod" and
 the code path that is handled by "repo=".  These goals can be accomplished
 while also testing the act of installing over an http repo or an nfs repo
 or whatever.  So in our matrix we need to ensure that both code paths to
 configure said repos are used.
