At least two options:
* You could open a bodhi bug report and give Luke Macken a chance to
examine the problem. https://fedorahosted.org/bodhi/
* You could assume that it is a known issue and unpush/delete the update
request, then create a new one. It has happened before that update pkgs
are lost somewhere "in another dimension", e.g. as a result of a race
condition, such as when editing a bodhi ticket while packages are being
pushed.
