Removing preupgrade instructions from Releases/Rawhide

Ah thanks for the link Frank.  I attached a patch to your bug report to
remove the 'Rawhide' option from the releases.txt file included with
preupgrade.  However, the official releases.txt
(http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/releases.txt) will also need change.  

I have filed infrastructure TRAC ticket#2216 to update the official
releases.txt
(https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-infrastructure/ticket/2216).
