I've added the tool to https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA/Tools , just
linking to the git repo for now. Hopefully in future there'll be
something more page-y to point at :) Will also add a note about it to
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA/Updates_Testing . thanks again.
