Insert an In-Reply-To: header where the contents match the Message-id:
header of the message you wish to reply to. For example, your message
had this header:
Message-id: <4BA78AD9.2060507 at bwh.harvard.edu>
My reply adds this header:
In-Reply-To: <4BA78AD9.2060507 at bwh.harvard.edu>
