 Good ticket Kamil.  The original intent behind the action you list above
 was to discover user-visible package dependency and package+file conflicts
 during media install.  This test was designed before we were able to
 reliably detect media conflicts and dependency problems.

 Once F13 is released, I'd like to consider removing (or updating) the test
 action noted above.
