Ah, I see.  Debugging is turned off in newer kernels.  However, F-13-TC1
includes 2.6.33.2-57.

        - Turn off debugging and enable debug kernel builds. 

Going by bodhi feedback [1], it looks like kernel-2.6.33.3-79.fc13 is
the current candidate for F-13-RC1.
