F13 repo question: updates disabled, but updates-testing enabled ??

Currently that is the case, but it will be changing shortly.

Currently when you push stuff to updates it goes into the branch repo.
The idea is to cut back on the massive amount of zero day updates (with
limited testing) that we used to see in the past.
