You just change the status from CLOSED to ASSIGNED, which is the only
valid transition at that point.  You need to have special privs in
bugzilla to do this, so I assumed that you didn't have them and did it
for you, after looking a little at the traceback anaconda so
graciously provided and asking for more detail on the storage of the
machine (which looked a little weird to me).
