Looks like this issue has been present since Fedora 11 (see bug#494150).
Can you provide step-by-step instructions for how you are able to
reproduce the failure?   Looks like the developer asked for 'steps to
reproduce' on the original problem about a year ago, but we've not
managed to isolate this failure yet.

Can you details each of your selections at the different installer
screens?  For example, something of the form:

1. Select language English
2. Select keymap US
3. Select Install (not upgrade)
4. Select both sda and sdb
5. ...

Also, any workarounds you tried, those are important as well.
