Newer kernels in F13 (and F12)

I'd say as Bruno says try the koji build first,
if it works go with it.
If it don't fix your problem, go Rawhide.

YMMV using a Rawhide kernel as they can be very bleeding edge.
Personally, have used them to cure bugs, in my hardware.
