That bug contains references to the kernel bug, the mailing list thread 
Jeff mentioned and my own data.
I'm not sure if my problem is really the same though as I seem to have 
interrupt issues and also slow Youtube playback that shows an excessive 
amount of "raw_local_irq_restore" calls in a sysprof profile (also 
referenced in my bug).
