how to debug NetworkManager ?

Hi,
I noticed in your attached log that you utilize avahi service (which in turn
cooperates with nss-mdns client).
$ yum info avahi
$ yum info nss-mdns

$ chkconfig --list | grep -i avahi

They may interfere with NM with regard to DNS, etc.

Try to turn avahi service off (thru Administration-Services or chkconfig) and
reboot with NM configured for DSL interface.
