how to debug NetworkManager ?

Run dhclient eth0 (which you said sets routes correctly up).
After that you can give me a display of:
dhclient.leases file (figure out exact file name in /var/lib/dhclient/ dir)
# cat /var/lib/dhclient/<dhclient.leases>
and
# route -n
# cat /etc/resolv.conf
# cat /etc/hosts

Then restart NM to get freash data set as asked in previous post and supply all
outputs as requested there.
