s-c-k missing OK button?

Hi everyone,

I wonder does your F14's system-config-keyboard have "OK" button?  When I run it, s-c-k appears as following picture.

However, I didn't see any error/warning messages in /var/log/message and console. I checked F13 LiveCD, and its s-c-k has "OK" button. 

Installed s-c-k's version is this.
system-config-keyboard-1.3.1-2.fc14.x86_64
