s-c-k missing OK button?

Adam, Michael thank you for reply.
This case is quite easy to find the bug, but nobody seems reported. so I just wanted to know am I only person who got the bug or not.
Anyway, I filled a bug report(#646041) to system-config-keyboard packages.
