I am not receiving all the e-mails

Concerning the digests....
Please correct me if see the way of working of mailing list with digests 
wrong:
a) mail delivery -switched on
d) digests -switched on

Acorrding to above i assume i should get digests with the topics per day 
and individual topics(emails with topics) as well.
Am i right ???
