That doesn't answer what you need nss-tools.i686 for. It contains only
executables, no libraries. Use nss-tools.x86_64

? And still you've gone to some place to download and install nss-tools.i686
manually as it isn't offered for Fedora 13 x86_64. That's the cause of your
broken deps.
