New Bodhi, and odd error pushing a package update to testing

This is safe to ignore.  Starting now, bodhi will handle
tagging/untagging builds with the -pending tag so AutoQA can test them.
However, the current batch of updates making their way through the
system won't have this tag, so they'll produce this harmless error.
