systemadm not present in systemd package

Looks to me like a packaging bug.  The man page should *only* be in
systemd-gtk.

# repoquery -q -l systemd-gtk | grep systemadm
/usr/bin/systemadm
/usr/share/man/man1/systemadm.1.gz

# repoquery -q -l systemd | grep systemadm
/usr/share/man/man1/systemadm.1.gz
/usr/share/man/man1/systemadm.1.gz
