top using full cpu core session/process management weirdness

I can't reproduce this.

I suspect that because I'm using KDE and konsole.

    $ konsole --version
    Qt: 4.7.3
    KDE Development Platform: 4.6.5 (4.6.5)
    Konsole: 2.6.4
    $
