grub instead of grub2 in F16?

Well, I have been trying, filed one bug against grub2 and trying to get 
an install of 16 booted so I can see if there is anything there to look 
at.  Will get one filed somehow.

Suspect that --force has to be used somewhere in the install of the 
bootloader if the boot partition is other that the MBR partition.  I.e., 
F16 boot on /dev/sdf4 vice /dev/sda where the MBR is located.
