RC3, custom layout, existing but reformatted, using /boot, / and swap on
ext4.

Right after the formatting is done, I get an excdption and it seems it's
a storage issue.  Think I may fall into this bug, just not sure if exact
reason.  If try it again will see if can save the traceback but wasn't
able to before.
