[Test-Announce] Fedora 16 Alpha Release Candidate 5 (RC5) Available Now!

Thanks Andre! So far RC5 works fine for me, it fixes the selinux issue
on x86_64[1] and saving traceback to bugzilla problem[2]. So anyone
wants to try it, go ahead and help testing!
