 IIUIC this could go into AutoQA trac, provided that the torrents are
 accessible for some time on a well-defined location prior to publishing.
 Then we could write a watcher and a test for it. If they are not
 accessible prior to publishing, all we can do is to ask rel-eng to improve
 their processes.
