Is the following Branched report why I am not seeing the netbeans\*
packages in 
http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/test/16-Alpha/Fedo
ra/i386/os/Packages/
????

And does 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=706688#c4
mean we are out of luck on getting netbeans 7 in Fedora 16?
