 if checking package sets every time is too much work, we should add some
 notes like "test case contains non-default packages too. if you don't have
 packages installed, please try 'yum install blahblahblah'" at least.
 current description is apparently missing that. IMHO this leads why we
 have a lot of "Command not found" comments there.
