 This would probably still be useful, but isn't a terribly high priority.
 'De facto' naming standards are working okay for now.

 Some of our SOPs do cover naming conventions, so this is partially
 addressed:

  * https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:SOP_test_case_creation
  * https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:SOP_package_test_plan_creation
  * https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA/SOP_Release_Validation_Test_Event
  * https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA/SOP_Test_Day_management

 All of the above provide naming conventions for certain types of pages
 (test cases, test plans, validation matrices, and test day pages,
 respectively). Ironically, we don't have a formal naming convention for
 SOPs. :)
