NOPL instruction back in Rawhide?

On trying to boot the Test Day live image on an old machine that was unable to
run F13 due to the NOPL instruction (an issue better known for affecting Geode
LX), I get the following call trace (copied from the screen):

Note the do_invalid_op - the same thing happened with F13. Does this mean this
problem has reappeared?
