Update Information:

This update fixes bugs in libdwfl when handling prelinked files with separate debug files. These bugs would manifest when using SystemTap user-space probes on prelinked DSO and executable files. Versions 0.150 and 0.151 fixed some of these cases but introduced regressions for others. Version 0.152 resolves all the known cases correctly.

This update also adds the new -l (--verbose) and --ignore-build-id options to the eu-elfcmp utility.
