 I think this is something we need to generally address as in make the test
 day schedule a bit more flexible.

 There should be nothing preventing maintainers from choosing what ever
 date suits them best in the release cycle as long as it does not conflict
 with another test day event. ( we can adapt our self to that scenario when
 the need for that arises )
