Note, the update itself didn't have that problem. The a11y stack has been
broken for the entirety of the 2.91 series and is broken in the previous
package set, too. I installed the entire package set contained in that
update, instead of merely updating what I had installed. I figured I
would give people a heads up of what needed to be done though in case they
had an at-spi2 package set installed since I saw some negative karma.
