50 second fedora-storage-init.service in rawhide: reasonable?

I have a bit of slowness with udev.settle:
4598ms udev-settle.service
1611ms fedora-wait-storage.service
Ended up doing this:
# ln -s /dev/null /etc/systemd/system/udev-settle.service
# ln -s /dev/null /etc/systemd/system/fedora-wait-storage.service
# ln -s /dev/null /etc/systemd/system/fedora-storage-init.service
# systemctl daemon-reload
Then:
5229ms fedora-storage-init-late.service
Looks like the above just pushed the slowness to fedora-storage-init-late.
