kernel 2.6.39 around the corner will it make Fedora 15?

It wouldn't for a while in any case. I have heard it stated before that
Linus declaring a release really just starts expanded testing. It takes
a while for the bugs to be shaken out. So don't expect kernels to show up
in stable (or development versions in final freeze) right after Linus
blesses them.
