F13->F15 PreUpgrade test PASSED

Hello,

Here's my test result of PreUpgrading from F13 to F15, I've also updated 
F15RC3 test result wiki page.

Result: PASSED
Details:

- System boot and halt correctly.
- Network configuration is the same.
- yum and rpm are working.
- Postfix and OpenSSH server are running.

Notes:
Since F13 use PAE kernel by default, when I preugraded I get the same 
F15 version of PAE kernel.

I you need the standard kernel, install it after the preupgrade, then 
edit grub.conf to make it default, reboot and now you can remove 
'kernel-PAE' (you can't remove the current running kernel with yum).

# yum -y install kernel
# edit grub.conf
# reboot
# yum -y remove kernel-PAE
