As per request, I installed F15 on my i5 / GT 460SE box
with the default (Noveau) driver. Gnome 3 did not like
that and fell back to a lesser GUI.

Some time ago I found that the easiest way to get Fedora
to work with Nvidia's driver is to install with the basic
video driver.

During installation there is the option to set ethernet
parameters, so I did so. I expected this to be persistient
along with the rest of the installation, but it was ignored.
F15 came up with the default dead network.

BTW my first download of RC3 was somehow corrupted
even tho shasum was happy with the file. Made two coasters.
Downloaded it again and got a good file.

BTW if you point Windows 7 explorer at the .iso file Windows 7
Pro can burn the DVD itself, without Nero or whatever.
