screen dimming when mouse moved

I did an update this morning, and it is a lot better.
There is still some weird brightness flickering when hitting
the Brighter/Dimmer Fn-keys, but I can now set it to bright,
and it stays that way even when I move the mouse.  Not quite right,
but acceptable.
