No bug was mentioned in that thread that I could find, but the cause was 2 
selinux-policy submissions going to updates-testing at the same time (and 
the older one winning):
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2011-14614
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2011-14618

I fixed the tagging so that it should get resolved on the next updates push.
