This is probably due to later updates, not the giganto-update. The
latest gobject-introspection seems to be causing Shell crashes in
particular. That's not part of the 3.1.90 update, but a later update
(IIRC - I can't check ATM as Bodhi appears to be down).

The error output from the failed run would be a lot more useful than the
output post-workaround...=)
